JELLO DESSERT 
1 sm. pkg. lemon and orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (save the juice)
2 bananas, diced
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream
Approx. 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

In hot water, dissolve Jello and add cold water. When almost set add the crushed pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let set. Topping: cook 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, sugar and egg beaten with saved pineapple juice. Stir constantly as it will thicken fast. Cool. Spread on top of Jello. Whip the cream and spread over the cooled cooked topping. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top. Enjoy!
