SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. green pepper
12 stuffed olives
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can beef gravy
2 to 3 lb. shrimp

Cook onion, pepper and butter for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Add olives and brown gravy and bring to boiling. Add 1 tablespoon salt and pepper (quite a bit, should be hot). Thicken. Add shrimp.
