HOT AND SPICY TOFU 
3-5 tbsp. oil
1 lb. firm Chinese Tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. dill weed, crumbled
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese

Heat oil in wok or skillet at high heat and sauté tofu for 3 minutes. Reduce to medium and add garlic, curry, dill weed, turmeric, basil, thyme and cumin. Stir well. Increase heat to medium high and add soy sauce. Stir well until thoroughly heated. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Toss until cheese melts and serve.
