5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Rind of orange

Mix all ingredients together; beat well. Once fluffy pour mixture into well greased cupcake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
