COMPANY POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash browns, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Mix together first 7 ingredients and bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with topping of crumbs and butter and bake 20 more minutes.
