CRANBERRY BANANA BREAD 
1/4 c. softened butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cranberries

Cream butter and sugar and add egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir dry ingredients into sugar mixture until flour is blended. Fold in bananas, cranberries and walnuts. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven in a greased loaf pan. Makes 1 loaf. Better sliced the next day.
