FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. rolled oats

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; add shortening, egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in rolled oats. Spread in pizza pan and bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.

Whip together: 1/4 c. sugar

Spread over cooked crust. Arrange assorted fresh or canned fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Use any kind such as melon pieces, apple slices, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, or other. Mix 2/3 cup apple juice and 2 teaspoons cornstarch; heat until clear and thick. Cool and serve over pizza.
