1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 cups coconut
2 cups milk

Melt butter in sauce pan. Cool. Then beat eggs well. Add sugar and butter. Mix well. Add flour, coconut and milk, stirring until mixed well. Pour into two 9 inch pie plates. Crust forms during baking.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
