FIESTA SALAD 
1 regular box lemon gelatin
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, save juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. nuts
1 sm. tub whipped topping
7 or 8 candied cherries (for color)
1 (13 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Heat pineapple juice until it boils; pour over gelatin and mix well. Add cream cheese and mix well. Refrigerate mixture until it is of jelly consistency. Fold in celery, nuts, pineapple, whipped topping and cherries (chopped). Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
