FROSTY APPLE BITES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 unbeaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. pared apples
1/2 c. chocolate chips

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. milk

Beat the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together in mixing bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the evaporated milk. Stir in the nuts, apples and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes or until cookies are light brown around edges.

Remove cookies and allow to cool to slightly warm. Frost with glaze while still warm. Glaze is made by mixing the 2 cups powdered sugar, melted butter, cinnamon and milk.
