1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (junior size) baby food prunes

Note: Use tube or bundt pan. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add flour, cinnamon and prunes. Mix in nuts. Grease and flour cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
