CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
1 c. self rising meal
1/4 c. self rising flour
1/8 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Sift meal, flour, and sugar together. Add egg, oil, and milk. Mix well. Pour into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 15-18.
