TACO IN A BOWL 
3/4 lb. hamburger
2 c. water
1 lb. tomatoes, cut up
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix or more to taste
1 lb. can pinto beans
corn chips
shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
sour cream

Fry hamburger and onion until meat is brown; drain off fat. Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Ladle into 6 bowls and pass cheese, chips and sour cream to top each serving.

Note: Kidney beans may be substituted for pinto beans.
