BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak or sirloin tip, cut into 2" strips
1 can button mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can condensed tomato sauce (soup is fine too)
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Noodles or potatoes

Dip steak strips in flour and saute in hot fat until brown, remove from pan. Saute mushrooms and chopped onions. Return meat to pan and add all other ingredients. Simmer at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles or cooked or mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
