PEPPERONI LASAGNA 
2 packs pepperoni, brown & drain
1/4 tsp. clove garlic
1 tbsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt
28 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste

Mix all ingredients, cook 30 minutes (simmer) with pepperoni.

Add a little oil when cooking. 24 oz. cottage cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together.

Make two layers: Layer lasagna, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella, meat mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. To make more moist; add more cottage cheese and tomatoes.
