HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
8 oz. med. wide noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. onion
1/4 c. mango
Salt to taste

Cook noodles and drain; brown hamburger and drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, soup, simmer for a few minutes; mix softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped onion and chopped mango.

Grease a 9 x 13 casserole, place half noodles in bottom of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over top; layer rest of noodles. Top with hamburger mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
