WILD BERRY BLAST 
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and whir until smooth.
