TWO HOUR NUT ROLL 
6 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. warm milk
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast

Dissolve yeast in milk. Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, eggs, and sour cream. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll out each as thin as a jelly roll. Spread with nut filling and place in greased pans. Raise 1 hour until double in bulk.

NUT FILLING:

6 c. ground walnuts
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar or honey

Mix together filling ingredients in saucepan. Bring to slow boil. Take off heat and cool before spreading on rolls. Makes 4 loaves.
