4 c. oatmeal, quick or reg.
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. butter, butter flavored Crisco
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix oats and sugar, with hands mix in butter and rest of ingredients, working and mixing well. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and press and pat mixture into pan. Heat oven a few minutes at 400 degrees. Cook for 12 minutes or until light brown and well done. Immediately drop filling onto hot cake with spoon in little drops. While melting, spread evenly on cake. Let cool overnight. Cut in blocks.

FILLING:

6 oz. chocolate morsels
3 oz. butterscotch morsels
2/3 c. peanut butter

Roll this all together ahead to put on hot cake. You can use 6 ounces butterscotch and 3 ounces chocolate if you choose.
