MELTING MOMENTS (COOKIES) 
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Vanilla
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Confectioners' sugar

1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Beat in the egg and a few drops of vanilla.

3. Add the flour and mix to a stiff dough.

4. Make small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

5. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

6. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar. Makes about 4 dozen.
