RAISIN DRESSING 
1 loaf bread
1/2 lb. hamburger
Giblets
2 apples
2 stalks celery
Raisins to taste
2 med. onions
Salt
Pepper
Water
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning or sage

Break bread to bits. Grind giblets, apples, celery and onions. Parboil raisins. Mix all ingredients except raisins. Stuff poultry. Keep some dressing out. Add raisins to reserved dressing, wrap this in foil and bake beside meat. To serve, mix raisin portion into dressing from inside bird.
