HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger, ham or sausage
1/3 c. green onions
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Cheddar, grated

Brown meat, set aside, drain. Blend next 4 ingredients well. Stir in meat, cheese, onion. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with salad.
