HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/3 green onion
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Brown and drain meat. Mix rest of ingredients. Then add meat. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is done and top is lightly browned. Yield: 4-6 servings.

Other meats, ham, bacon, sausage, etc. may be substituted.
