BAKE CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 fryer, cut up (about 3 lbs.)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. uncooked regular rice

Shake chicken in flour; salt and pepper. Melt butter in shallow 2 quart baking dish in hot oven (400 degrees). Put chicken, skin down, in dish and bake 20 minutes. Remove chicken and put 2 cups boiling water in dish with remaining ingredients. Mix well and arrange chicken, skin side up. Put back in oven and bake 40 minutes longer.
