CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. can kidney beans in molasses
1 sm. can tomatoes, chopped up
1 lg. can or 2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 med. onion
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Water, if needed
Oil

Cook onion in small amount of oil until soft. Crumble hamburger and cook until all the red color is gone. Add tomatoes, sauce, kidney beans, bay leaf and seasonings. Stir well. Bring to a slow boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour.
