RHUBARB SHORTCAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 c. chopped raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Place chopped rhubarb on top of batter. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream from carton over all. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
