ROAST PORK 
5 lb. Boston butt roast
Salt
Pepper
Coleslaw or lettuce
Barbecue sauce
Hamburger buns

Cook roast over low heat for about 5 hours or you can pressure cook the roast until it tears easy with a fork. Separate meat with a fork into small pieces, chop well. Add salt, pepper to meat. Place either coleslaw or lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on a bun. Add meat, sauce if desired with the coleslaw. We use two different sauces on our barbecued sandwiches.
