FRUIT COBBLER 
CRUST:

1c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. corn oil

Mix together corn oil and milk. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to oil-milk mixture. Roll out dough. Spread fruit on it and roll up like jelly roll. Slice and put in buttered pan, 9 x 13 inches.

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Fresh fruit

Bring to boil water, sugar, and butter. Pour over pie and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 45 minutes.
