FRUIT COCKTAIL COBBLER | |
2 c. drained fruit cocktail 1 beaten egg 1 c. white sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt TOPPING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts Mix fruit and egg together. Add sugar, flour, soda and salt. Stir well. Add the fruit and egg mixture. Pour in loaf baking dish. Spread topping over batter. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. |
