CHILI 
2 lb. ground meat (can substitute ground turkey)
3 tbsp. bacon grease (as needed)
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can chili powder (1/2 bottle Mexene chili powder)
2 tsp. ground cumin (comino)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 (8 oz.) cans water
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper (use only 1/4 if you don't like it extra hot)

Cook the first 4 ingredients in skillet until well done. In another pot, mix the rest of the ingredients. Mix the two together and cook at least 1 hour.
