MILLET MUSHROOM PILAF 
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. minced onion
4 c. cooked brown rice or millet
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. tamari sauce

Saute mushrooms and onion in Pam. Mix with rice or millet. Season with thyme and tamari. 4 servings. Single serving = 1 cup starch/grain.
