ITALIAN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 lg. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 med. cauliflower, broken in sm. pieces
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
8 c. lettuce or salad greens
6 slices salami, cut into strips
4 lg. mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, cut into strips
1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl and mix well. Add zucchini, cauliflower and onion and toss lightly to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator. Combine next 6 ingredients in large salad bowl. Add vegetables with marinade and toss well. Add croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
