OLD FASHIONED STUFFINGS 
3 c. diced celery
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter
2 whole boxes of bread stuffing
1 1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. water

Saute celery and onions in butter for 5 minutes or until golden. Combine with bread, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in large bowl. Sprinkle water over bread mixture, toss lightly until ingredients are well mixed. It is enough stuffings for a 14 lbs. turkey. Makes 10 servings.
