CHICKEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cubed
3 c. raw potato slices
2 cans cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Mushrooms
Crushed potato chips

Add butter, flour, salt and pepper to diluted soup and potatoes and mushrooms into greased casserole dish. Spread undiluted soup on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Sprinkle crushed chips on top and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
