PICCADILLO 
2 med. onions, diced
2 lg. bell peppers, diced
1 med. jar stuffed olives, drained
1/4 c. nasturtium green seed pods
1/2 pkg. seedless raisins
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 juice from olives
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons olive oil, set aside. Saute meat in remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Stir in seasonings. Add Worcestershire and tomato sauce. Stir well. Add balance of ingredients. Simmer 40 minutes over low heat covered. Serve with white long grain rice. May be made in quantity and frozen for future use.
