KEY LIME PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell
3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 c. Realime lime juice from concentrate
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
Few drops green food coloring, optional

In bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Realime brand and food coloring, if desired. Pour into pastry shell. In mixer bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar beating until stiff. Spread on pie; bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
