PEANUT BUTTER KANDY CAKE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) chocolate bars

Scald together milk and butter. Set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together. In large bowl, beat 4 eggs until fluffy. Add vanilla, then dry ingredients and milk and butter. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cake is done and still hot, spread with peanut butter. Refrigerate 1 hour. Melt chocolate and spread over peanut butter. Cut into squares and refrigerate.
