ORANGE - ALMOND TROUT 
1 lb. trout fillets
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned

Cut fish fillets into four servings. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; add almonds and onions and cook until onion is tender. Remove with slotted spoon and keep warm.

In small bowl combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat fish fillets with flour mixture. Brown fish in skillet over medium heat. Remove fish to serving dish; top with almonds and onions. Garnish with orange sections. Serves 4.
