SWEDISH TEA RING 
1 recipe for foundation sweet dough
1 1/2 c. melted butter
White or brown sugar
Cinnamon

ICING:

Powder ed sugar
Butter
Vanilla
Nuts & cherries for decorating

When dough has risen first time punch down and shape into 3 rectangular sheets about 1/4" thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with white or brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll and shape into rings. Place on greased baking sheet and cut with scissors at 1" intervals, almost through ring. Turn slices slightly, cover and let rise gain.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (lightly brown on top). While warm, spread with icing. Put on nuts and cherries.

Makes 3 rings.
