FUDGE TOPPED BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread into greased 13 x9 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.

Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan, melt chips, with sweetened condensed milk and remaining vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies. Cool, chill, cut into bars. Makes 35 to 40.
