2 (1 lb.) B&M baked beans
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. boiled ham, slivered or diced hot dogs
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Add green peppers and onions to bacon drippings. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Add ham and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Combine ham mixture with bacon and remaining ingredients. Mix carefully and well. Turn into greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Or, put in crock pot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Can do ahead. Serves 8. I usually double this to take to a pot luck supper.
