1 box Betty Crocker Potato buds 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) sour cream Garlic salt to taste Butter, paprika and chives Mix mashed potatoes according to directions. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic salt. Beat with beater until well blended. Put in casserole dish and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees. RRI | |
