PRIZE BUTTER TARTS 
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. cereal cream
1 egg beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins or currants

Mix ingredients together and place spoonfuls of the mixture in small muffin tins that have been lined with pie crust.

Bake in hot oven 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Cook until pastry is delicately browned.
