CARAWAY WHITE FRUIT COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. rose water
1/2 c. chopped fruit peels
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. caraway seeds

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, soda, cream of tartar. Add to butter mixture. Mix in rose water, fruit peels, salt, raisins and caraway seeds. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Press down and dot top with raisins. Bake in 375 degree oven.
