CECIAL'S WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
5 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
8 egg whites
1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1 c. milk
1 lb. pecans, chopped

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg whites, flour, milk and vanilla. Take 1 cup of flour and mix with candied fruit and nuts. Put rest of flour in with mixture of sugar and butter, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Add floured fruit and nuts. Place in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.
