BARBECUE RIBS 
4 lb. country style ribs
Smoke flavored ribs
Pepper

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle ribs with smoke-flavored salt and pepper. Cook on outside grill until browned (ribs will not be done).

For sauce, saute onion in butter. Combine remaining ingredients and add to onion. Simmer 15 minutes. Alternate layers of ribs and sauce in baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven until ribs are fork tender, about 1 hour.
