AUNT JOBETH'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted

Crush crackers and mix with sugar and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix well. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top with 1/4 cup sour cream. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Top with your favorite fruit filling. I use cherries.
