BROWNIE CUPCAKES 
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate (4 oz.)
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter together. Add pecans and coat well. BY HAND - combine sugar, flour and eggs. Blend, but do not beat. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Mix well. Fill cupcake pans almost full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Do not overbake. Yield: 16 to 18 regular size cupcakes.
