MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. corn tortillas 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes 2 lb. ground beef 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 can Ranch style beans Brown ground beef (drain and set aside). Boil tortillas while still in package until soft. Layer bottom of casserole pan with 6 tortillas. Spread cooked beef over tortillas. Pour Ranch style beans over beef. Layer remaining 6 tortillas. Then add mixture of chicken soup mixed with Rotel tomatoes over the tortillas to completely cover. Add cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. |
