EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 1/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sour milk
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
Vinegar

Sift all dry ingredients together, add milk, oil and vanilla. Pour into wax paper lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to rack. (Run knife along all sides before removing). Peel off wax paper. Cool completely before putting on cake plate.

To sour milk: put 2 tablespoons vinegar into 2 cups measuring cup. Fill to "2 cup" mark with milk. Do this either night before or few hours before. The earlier, the better.
